The College has been set by “Namdhari Socity” headed by its Chairman Sh. is managing Director of leading Construction Co., based in Delhi. He is very religious minded person and has been staunch devotee of Dev Baba Badbagh Singh. He has been visiting The Dera Sahib for very long time nearly half a decade. He came in contact with local resident’s who felt the great need to setup educational institute for upliftment of rural masses through education. The persistent desire of the people moved Sh. Balbir Singh to set up Educational Institute in this serene but remote area.
